The technician (Todd) that came out to our house was very professional, knowledgeable. There were things I didn't know that he was helpful in sharing the information. His willingness to check on other things on the outside unit that had the problem. I have found my AC company and highly recommend someone to also use this company. To all the staff even the ladies that I spoke to please continue to offer the excellent courteous service I receive.

Our A/C quit running last night. We called Touchtons of Live Oak and they were very supportive and kind as well as professional. They came out the following day, sooner than expected, fixed the issue and charged a very reasonable amount. We have rarely had such professional vendors to our home since we moved here about 5 years ago and trust me, we have had quite a few with our remodeling efforts. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank You Touchton for being such a great company!
