Had an issue with our old 1978 furnace, fan wouldn't stop running, they suggested getting a new furnace, I really didn't want to, but between a new furnace or a 500 dollar vintage part, lol, it just seemed like the less of two evils to get an high efficiency furnace. So they came in the same week and hammered it out and did a very good job. So far no complaints. They also had to come out last year to service my brand new ac unit that someone else installed and fixed my issue with that. So far it's been 3 total visits with them and all great services.

Had another company come in and try to scare my mother in law to replace her entire HVAC system. I called glass city for a second opinion. They were on time and extremely professional. Mike thoroughly inspected the furnace, checked all of the carbon monoxide levels and efficiency. Recommended a few services (which we will be scheduling) charged us a fair price for inspection and gave it a clean Bill of health. It's good to find that there are still honest companies out there, thank you Mike and Glass city HVAC!
