I have a very high end /top of the line Trane Heat Pump system. I was having trouble with my unit using electric only heat, which was very expensive. I called another company last year and they were out to my house several times and were not able to fix my problem. The problem is that my system is so new, there are not many technicians trained on how to fix it. The unit was only having trouble in the winter, so this summer was not an issue.

I decided to call Home Experts Heating before winter arrived and I am so glad I did. Jody came to my home to check the unit, and then had to do some investigating afterwards to try to figure out the problem. Through his research he found out that when a different (Columbus) company installed the unit, they did not set the indoor air handler at the proper air flow setting and it was causing me to have very high heating bills.
