Dan Beckett my service technician was just an all around great guy! From the moment he came inside it felt like he was more of a friend and not a salesperson. He was very very thorough in his checks and explanations of things and I enjoyed that he welcomed me to watch him and stand nearby. I have used Thornton and grooms a few times, I'm a member of the yearly subscription program which is great, and I can't recommend them enough! Would also like to add that Brian Marshall the salesmen that came out later the same evening was very professional as well! Great company all around.

Very nice & professional, he came in and went right to work on unclogging the tub drain. He also took the time to thoroughly explain to me about how to avoid having it happen again. Brandon was exceptional! He was very thorough with explaining the entire process to me as well as extremely polite. He was determined to fix my clogged drain and he never got discouraged or gave up. I am completely satisfied with his work and enjoyed him as my technician. His personality was a fresh of breath air, you could really tell he enjoyed his job and life!
