"Eric Smock Heating & Air-conditioning Inc, " sent Ryan and Matt to replace the heat-pump at my residence. They were both very professional, incredibly skilled, and informative! The Trane XL850 system that we bought from them, looks like a complete custom install. The technicians, Ryan and Matt, both have have incredible talent and expertise. The install, is a beautiful and functional addition to our household!

They were really patient with us, in teaching us how to use the new digital WiFi thermostat with iPhone connectivity. I would recommend them! Without hesitation, as their skills, talent and professionalism are beyond reproach.

Eric Smock is a great smaller local company. Their customer service is efficient and prompt and the techs they send to the house for routine maintenance under the service plan we bought are all knowledgeable and really nice younger guys. The technicians are all happy and pleasant in their work which is probably a reflection of a good employer who treats and pays them well. I'm a transplant to Maryland and my lifetime Frederick County resident neighbor recommended them to me and I'm glad he did.

The technician arrived on time. He was knowledgeable of the heating & system I have. Performed all maintenance on unit in the attic & basement. He looked around the attic for any leaks from the roof, bats or any critters that could get in through the eaves. He even replaced a burnt out light bulb in the attic. Replaced all filters! Checked the units outside for any leeks, damage etc. I have had nothing but a great experience with the Smock techs. They're professional, well mannered, talk to me about any problems I should be aware of. So glad they're my go-to guys for heating/air. I highly recommend them for all your heating & air needs.
