Last week the glass facing of my gas fireplace completely shattered. I had no idea what caused the break and was really concerned that there was an underlying, behind the glass issue with my older gas fireplace. I called All Heating and spoke to the kindest, most patient sales person who patiently listened to my concerns and answered all my ignorant questions (Kaylee you are amazing!). One week later, Tyler and Jesus visited my house and serviced my fireplace.
Great customer service, explained things I should watch for in my aged gas fireplace, and confirmed that they have the parts needed to replace my igniter and pilot light should either go out. Excellent customer service and care! Highly recommend!

Technicians Tyler and Brandon were professional, courteous, punctual, and explained what needs to be done to properly maintain the mini-split unit we have. They have not been serviced for 3 years and the technicians took time to clean and inspect everything. No pushy sales, no overcharge. Highly recommend! P.S. We also signed up for their maintenance program for a very attractive value!

I am not often "overwhelmed" by the level of service provided by companies but today I was truly bowled over! Our service technician, Tyler arrived exactly as scheduled, gave us an incredibly polite, courteous, and professional experience. He worked to diagnose a problem with our gas fireplace, identified the issue(s) quickly, and ordered the needed parts. Based on our first experience, I expect the same kind of courteous service once the parts arrive and he can complete the repair. Kudos to Tyler and to AllHeating!

I called this company two days in a row to have someone come to my house because our furnace isn't working. I was told the first day that a tech would be contacting me and nobody ever called me all day. I called again today on Friday March 19, 2021 and spoke to Hector and was told that a tech would be contacting me. Unfortunately, I received no call again from anyone at All Heating Service. This company is unresponsive, unprofessional and has horrible customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone because they obviously do not care about new business.

Good service. Needed to fix my new heat pump back in the early days of COVID so there was some challenges with scheduling. Had folks come out a handful of times over a few months to check the HVAC system and finally narrowed it down to a schrader valve (spelling?) in the heat pump which fixed it. There was a small mistake they missed, but they took responsibility and didn't charge extra for the correction which really surprised me.
The big issue I had was the communication around scheduling and when I could get someone to come back out for a follow-up. For now I'll just blame it on COVID (and apparently poor weather) and will be using them into the future. Even signed up for their maintenance plan to check out the unit over time.
