I installed my own Mr. Cool DIY heat pump unit which many people are doing these days. But because I did this myself I could not get the JeffPud rebate unless my install was certified which Jefferson Public Utility District said I should be able to get done for a couple hundred dollars. I contacted this company and asked if they could check it over, but they would not help costing me my rebate which I need. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

Yesterday I discovered water dripping from the HVAC system in my elderly mother's garage. Question, does any company try to troubleshoot over the phone anymore? A tech. was dispatched and all that happened was a switch on a pump tripped and needed to be flipped back on. $207 later and I'm giving an extra star for this particular review because they came out next day, after our call in.

Just moved into a new home and needed someone to service my HVAC system. Unit hadn't been serviced and it was a different kind of system than I was used to. Air Masters answered all my questions before I set up appointment, gave me more information about TRANE system and was able to schedule appointment rather quickly. Tony was great technician. He called earlier in day to confirm appointment. He was very responsive and prompt. Answered all my questions and helped me walk through basics of system. Highly recommend company!

Just had our furnace serviced, our tech was friendly knowledgeable and communicated the entire process. We bought a package last year or the year before for service, I love how they call and check in and remind us. It feels like VIP personalized service we will continue to use Airmasters and absolutely recommend.
