I had four different companies out to my home for an estimate and Ultimate Heating & Cooling was the best. They are participating in the new Denver Climate Action Rebate program which saved me multiple thousands of dollars. Kyle was great at getting everything set up equipment-wise and priced out. Kelly and Ricardo did the installation and were finished in only a few hours.

I needed an A/C unit installed to cool the downstairs of my home, which I re-purposed as a short-term rental 'guest suite'. When I called in a panic after realizing the ground floor didn't have A/C, UHC had a tech (Kyle) at my house in 30 minutes to go over my options. 48 hours later, and just in time for a sweltering couple days, Sam and George were out at the house, installing the A/C. UHC customer service is top notch, and saved me a big headache with short-term rental guests. Thanks for the rush job UHC!

Ultimate Heating and Cooling installed a cooling system for us in June 2022 that involved two floor standing units and two wall mounted units in our house. Kyle, and everyone else, bent over backwards to do anything they could for us. They were great to work with and helped us to understand the equipment and the installation process. They answered all our questions, were always responsive, and really good to work with.
If everything goes perfectly, you don't always get to experience what makes an organization exceptional. Ultimate installed something we hadn't asked for, and once we realized it, they took immediate action to rectify the situation. They were genuinely apologetic and fully resolved the situation, no questions asked. I was impressed. I would strongly recommend them!

I had a great experience with Ultimate heating and cooling. Ross was very thorough and courteous in his explanation of the process and my options. William did a fantastic job installing my new hot water heater and making it up to code. Sam and George did excellent work with their installation of my AC and new thermostat and explaining it's operation to me. Thanks again guys, for a job well done. :

I would recommend Ultimate Heating & Cooling to anyone needing any HVAC work done. We wanted to get AC installed and of the 4 quote we got, Ultimate provided the most value and highest quality unit. Kyle was amazing to work with. He was professional, timely, and responsive without putting pressure on us. Sam and George did an amazing job doing the work. They worked so hard and were so kind and clean and neat. Everyone was great and we are stoked on our system. They gave us a complimentary Ecobee thermostat and were able to add a humidifier for not very much.

Upgraded to electric only HVAC and Water Heater. No more combustion in this household, no natural gas smell, no carbon monoxide detectors. Install was beautifully done, I had little room to work with and they used every mm of space. No hassle with the rebates, product registration. Best part, is I got a year to make sure the system performs as promised. Don't hesitate to work with Justin, Ross and the team!
