I had a great experience with Brad from Prime Plumbing and Heating. We used Prime Plumbing to find a mysterious leak in our 113 year old house. Todd came out for the job, and he was both very communicative and extremely respectful to our home. He knowledgeably troubleshot the issue and was able to find and replace the degraded pipe with minimal damage to our old walls. We're so appreciative for his talents and thoughfulness, and we'll certainly return to Prime for future plumbing and heating needs.

We had a very good experience with Prime Plumbing. We had another outfit try and convince us that we needed to do a complete remodel of our shower. Prime's was able to tighten existing fittings and solve our problem without having to do a major construction project. They did several other repair jobs at the same time. My neighbor and I came home to kitchen sinks backing up in our condos. I called our HOA they sent Prime plumber Todd Deidrich out 8PM. He got our drains cleared and everything in working order. He insisted on wiping down the work area. Thank you Todd! He is professional, courteous with attention to detail what a great asset to your company! I will be giving feedback to my HOA and will personally use Prime in the future for other work.

I needed a toilet unclogged and was unable to do it myself. I called prime plumbing and told them how important it was to use a trustworthy company that exhibits professionalism. Emily on the phone gave me reassurance and validated my concerns to not let random people in my home. Justin was very knowledgeable about my plumbing questions and fixed the clogged toilet.
I told him I wasn't impressed with the plastic flimsy shut off valves we had since it would be used a lot. He quoted me the price to replace it and ended up replacing a wax ring and installing a sturdier isolation valve that was easier for myself to use. I would recommend this company to friends as I appreciate all the knowledge Justin provided. I even got a quote for a potential future project if we ever have the funds.
I always recommend getting multiple quotes but I had just had a bad experience prior with a different company that did not invest in their employees. The plumber was respectful of my home and family and made sure to leave the work area clean. I definitely recommend!

Great experience with Prime Plumbing! Extremely prompt, efficient, effective and quality service. I was lucky to have Bradley Veverka who did a fantastic job. He helped to identify multiple issues with my hot water heater and pipping system. He removed the current piping and installed a new copper piping system to my hot water heater, installed a new expansion tank, pressure release valve, and pressure regulator. Very satisfied with the quality of work and I felt the cost was fair and reasonable. Bradley went above & beyond to ensure quality and timely work.

Today I came home from work and smelled gas going throughout my home. I remembered seeing a prime vehicle, and looked them up to see when someone would be available to come out! I was surprised when I spoke with Emily who said she could get someone out later this evening, and kept me in the loop with updates throughout the day. She sent a plumber out named Justin who noticed my stove gas line was the culprit. By the time he was gone, everything was back up and running. Thank you prime for coming out on such short notice!

Prime plumbing and heating is an amazing business with above and beyond service and customer care. I had my water heater go out and needed same day service as I have a special needs child. They sent somebody out that was friendly and made sure that my issue was fixed right away. They came out and were nice to my son and my doggies. I couldn't have designed a better experience.

I was packing my things to move out of my moms house when we realized my bathroom shower and sink were backing up. Thankfully my sister works for prime plumbing and heating. Emily got someone out here later that day, and sent Justin to clear the line. It turns out it was the main line and in that visit he also repaired a valve on the side of our home. My mom and I were given the family and friends discount to so price was reasonable as well! I recommend them, and will continue to do so to all my friends and family!

We had two great experiences with Prime Plumbing & Heating in 2022. Our water heater went out in January one night and we put in a request through Angi. By the next morning we had contact with them just after 7 am and someone at our home to diagnose the problem before 10 am. Amazing! Brian did a great job replacing the water heater that day. In December, our furnace started having issues, so we reached out to them again. Nate was able to come out same day and diagnose the problem.
While we may need a new unit sometime soon, he was able to replace a part to keep us going with the current one for now. We appreciate the fantastic, timely, professional, and reasonable services from this company and highly recommend them!
