I purchase brand new AC unit in 2020 May was ok. But i ihad problem in my AC unit was not working on 6/25/2022 and call for service charge $99 for coming. Then she (jasmine) come for inspection on 6/27/22said your capacitor is bad, now she said your part is include in warranty WHICH ONE IS COST$ 37 TO $38 AND TO INSTALLATION IS $175.00 WHICH IS ONLY TAKE MAX 15 MINUTES FOR TO INSTALLATION. I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL.AND LADY HAS NOT GOOD ATTITUDE.

Randy was our service technician today and I must say that he did an excellent job of setting and explaining how to set it. Including, the best way to set the thermostat for optimal function throughout the house. He also replaced our filter.
