Our technician (CWigington) and his partner showed up on time and completed our HVAC winter maintenance. After the maintenance, they pointed out hazardous build-up of mold/bacteria in our attic HVAC system. This was the first time this was brought to our attention. They were able to fully clean the system and install a Halo-LED purification system during the same visit. Both were extremely courteous and professional during the visit. They advised on how we could get additional discounts and extend our Halo-LED system warranty. Thankfully (and unfortunately), they also notified us of captured rodents in our attic traps.

We lucked out when we got Clay as our Service Tech with Conditioned Air Systems! He was able to diagnose the problem, quote the repair cost, and drew my attention to an issue that might be causing air quality issues, with several remedies for it from least to most expensive. Most impressive was his ability to answer several technical questions while making it relatable to the average homeowner. After already being without heat over the holidays (and 20 degree temps at night), Clay knew how important it was to get our system back up and running ASAP and not have to wait over the New Years holiday/weekend.

He was able to take a service call towards Atlanta and went the extra step to pick up the Variable Fan Motor and Module himself personally (instead of waiting 2 days for it to ship). He was back the next day and had our Heating System back up and running and professionally cleaned. From beginning to end, our experience with Clay was top notch and highly professional.
