Wow. We were coming home from a long vacation and my mom called me and said my upstairs AC wasn't working. It's the middle of a heat wave and I started calling places. Everyone was giving me their earliest times as being middle of next week. I was freaking out, so I just started calling down the Google list. One after another, telling me the same thing. Finally I called Pruitt and Rebecca was so nice and did what she could to find out who was nearby and rearrange to have them stop by my house.
She managed to get someone there within 30 minutes. He was there for, maybe, a total of 25 minutes, fixed the problem (lightening blew our capacitor) and left. They didn't price gouge me either - just fixed and done, for a very fair price. I am SO thankful to this company. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Will definitely be my go-to for any future issues.

I've been using them for almost 20 years. The first time was when my AC went out in August so you know it was crazy hot out. These guys got me a new unit and helped me acquire financing for it right away. Recently we had to replace our unit again and I had no worries that we were going to get the right system for our house because that's what they do they take care of you. It is honestly really nice knowing that if anything ever happens with our HVAC I don't have to worry about who I'm going to call or when it's going to get taken care of because I know these guys truly believe in looking out for the customer first.

Pruitt Heating and Air has been out family's go to for all our HVAC needs. We first met with Dennis Pruitt when we were planning a renovation and needed to relocate our A/C unit on the outside of our house. We also wanted to make sure that we properly addressed the air flow in the house as we took down walls. Dennis was great to work with. His professional demeanor is a reflection of his spiritual foundation and he met us with humility, kindness and patience.
It was a no brained after that, his crews have been great to work with and it is enjoyable to chat with them when they visit. We have been saved thousands in repair costs that other companies could have taken advantage of, but we have always found Pruitt to do the right thing by their customer. Honest, friendly, trustworthy- worth every cent.

Pruitt Heating & Air, Inc., installed our new Furnace and AC system in one day. Their workers were polite and courteous throughout the process. They had also done previous repair work for us in heating and cooling issues in the past. Our system was 20+ years old and we needed a new one. Pruitt H&A took care of all our needs at very reasonable and competitive prices. We would recommend them to anyone for heating and air servicing and installation.

I'm really thankful for Pruitt Heating & Air. Long story short, they do well what needs to be done. But, I'm more grateful for their customer service. They treated me well and professionally. They walked me through the process of installing two new systems. And even though they did not need to, they answered some questions I had, which were unrelated to HVAC. I got to interact with Dennis Pruitt throughout the whole process and some of the crew members as well (i.e. John and Brandon). Dennis loves the LORD and I've been blessed to interact with another brother in Christ. They do an honest work. I recommend Pruitt H&A.

My name is Michael, I live in Buford Georgia, I turned on my heating unit for first time this year. no heat was coming out. I looked on the website and found a heating and Air service in Buford, Ga. I found a local company, Pruitt. I spoke with a professional female representative, who stated that they were busy and wasn't sure if they could come by today. I explained I have family visiting and no heat, if there was anything that she could do.
She stated she had a truck in my area and would check with the driver and see what his status was. She called me back about 15 minutes later and stated someone will be coming over. I reply praise God. I don't remember the young man name he was very professional and very knowledgeable of what was going on. After checking my unit upstairs, The problem was resolved. I was very pleased with the outcome and the price. job well done. Thank you
