Great company great people great service. Timely response to my failed boiler which was leaking. They did a temp repair to get me through the rest of winter until the new boiler arrived and were kind enough to credit this work to my new boiler cost. New boiler install went flawlessly crew arrived on time and finished the project in a day. They cleaned up before leaving and explained the new boiler and it's features to me.
Overall they were upbeat friendly and had nice things to say about nutmeg and how they are treated well which says alot Thank you as well to Quentin in sales he provided a timely and detailed quote and I not once felt pressured into anything. This is now my go to HVAC company

My propane furnace stopped working at a time the temps were down to the teens. I had never used the company before but called them first time in the morning and they got someone out to my house the same day. They got here even a few mins early than than they originally estimated. The guy was very pleasant and professional and diagnosed the issue in minutes. I needed a part replaced and so he found were it was available and drove to get it and got back quickly and finished fixing it quickly.
I also think they were very reasonably priced and they were very detailed about what each cost was and how it added up to the amount. I will definitely be using this company again and recommending them to friends and family. I couldn't be happier with my experience with them.

Oil furnace died, needed new gas furnace urgently. Got quotes from three places. Two places tried to exploit my urgent need, quoting me a ridiculous amount. Nutmeg was referred to me by neighbor. Their quote was not only MUCH lower but it also included a higher-quality furnace. Leo in sales was a straight-shooter and a technical expert to boot. John and his crew that did the job were true professionals - courteous, prompt, hard working, cleaned up afterward, and didn't teach my kids any new words. Fantastic experience all around, and I won't bother with three quotes next time I need HVAC services.

When my AC stopped working Nutmeg were quick to schedule me. I know how busy the service industry is so I was thankful I was going to only have to wait a few days. They gave me a few tricks to try in the meantime. When I called back the next day to let them know none of the tricks worked, they got someone out that afternoon. I can't tell you how appreciate and impressed I was, especially as I have not been diligent in the past with having my unit routinely serviced. Thank you Nutmeg!

After six months of evaluating companies to install a new furnace and AC I found Nutmeg and I am very glad I did. Professional team came in and installed in one day! New Carrier forces hot air furnace and AC work great. I had a service related issue and was resolved that day (actually within several hours). Very good choice!

A great experience from start to finish! The quote was delivered quickly and the price was competitive when compared with other companies for the same service.
