Truly had a wonderful experience working with Superior Services. The service technicians were thoughtful and caring. They were on time and came after business hours the next day I called. The service was very good. The only thing is the fix rate to come over after business hours is rather expensive but sometimes beggars can't be choosers and I'm glad someone is willing to come after hours here at the Lake when every company is booked up for days. Overall very satisfied. This is the second time I used their services and they have been very competent so far.

When our A/C crapped out and I was finally able to get a call in, work got in the way, Superior had my A/C up and running within three hours and I also had a quarter to replace my ancient HVAC system in the same time frame. I was impressed by the prompt and professional service and though we are enjoying cool air from the system they got up and running we will be replacing said system in the next week or so.
