AWESOME service - called on a Saturday expecting a huge service fee for the weekend - they arrived within an hour and had my ac hose unclogged within 15 minutes! super friendly, showed me a few things and then cleaned my outside unit as well! they will always be my 1st and ONLY call - thank you guys : Service: A/C system repair

Very happy with this company. First time using them. A/C stopped blowing cold in the middle of the night. My wife is pregnant and we needed this fixed fast lol. They had someone out within an hour. Excellent service. Last week I had a failing pressure switch on my furnace and needed to find a replacement quickly due to freezing temps. I called, provided a part number and a replacement was quickly found. The price was better than anywhere else, even online. I was back home with the furnace fired back up within 45 minutes. These guys made my day.

What's that saying? Would recommend to friends and family - that's the one. Definitely WOULD. The woman on reception was extremely nice. Jared came out on Christmas Eve to fix our furnace. He called before he came and listened to my full explanation respectfully. When he arrived he wore his mask, communicated every step that he performed and (my favorite part) he explained what had gone wrong and specifically what he did to fix it. Jared - thank you for being quick and efficient. Arctic Air - thanks for being open on holidays, employing great people and also being efficient.

Our AC system finally quit at the end of July with no hope of repair, so I went about getting bids for a replacement. I talked to 4 companies and received a wide range of estimates, as well as ideas concerning what would be our best solution. Brandon with Arctic Air was able to identify a couple of problems with our existing AC setup right away. (I had no idea.) In the end, we went with Arctic Air because we got the most value for the price, and everyone involved (Brandon and Cody) were great to work with.
They installed a new, high-efficiency AC unit, a new humidifier, and improved the volume of airflow by uninstalling the existing furnace and reinstalling it on a box. Now the second floor of our home is much cooler, which has been a long-running problem. Great work.
