I had an issue with my furnace so I called Family Heating and Cooling due to the great service I received the first time I used them. The person who answered my call was very pleasant and compassionate about my problem. The service technician, Ron was the most thorough, patient and informative technician I have ever interacted with. His greatest attribute though, was his honesty. My experience with Ron and all their employees have guaranteed me becoming a loyal customer.

I've used them several times (ac install, electrical repairs and upgrades, furnace cleaning, humidifier repair) since I purchased my house in the fall and am always impressed by their professionalism and service, as well as the fact that every person I've had out has been friendly and respectful. I have found their prices to be very reasonable as well. I will definitely use them again-highly recommend!

We just replaced our boiler by Family heating and cooling. They were efficient, polite, and patient to explain any questions we had. Overall Dan and his partners did really good job and we are very happy with the work. We had about 4 different companies sent us proposals, and 3 of them were costing 2-3k more than this company which was kind of crazy. We are glad we found them and hope the quality doesn't disappoint us in the next couple of years.

We are so happy with our Lennox furnace ( GREAT product ). Everyone we dealt at Family were very professional, helpful and knowledgeable about the product and installation project. Service was the best! Jeff and Devin worked hard to complete the installation in 1 day, Great Work!. Wish we didn't wait so long to make our purchase.
