These folks were an absolute joy to work with. Estimate was lowest by far of 4 estimates I received. Salesperson (Rob) was professional, honest, and fair throughout the process. Couldn't be happier with this company. A mouse had chewed through wires in my outside AC unit. Tech was friendly and personable. Fixed the problem in a half hour and charged a very reasonable price. Terrific. Service: A/C system repair

Perry Hall is an excellent company. After trying out 2 other companies who misdiagnosed my HVAC issues, Perry Hall accurately identified the issue and provided fair and honest guidance about how to fix it. Ended up replacing the whole system and they made the entire process so smooth. The installation was efficient and very well done. Highly recommend.

Seven years ago in a summer sweltering day, I called Perry Hall H & AC as suggested by my plumber. They immediately came and fixed my AC and I never had another problem cooling my home. Now, this winter I awoke to a freezing house. Remembering how pleased I was with Perry Hall H&AC I called them to fix my furnace. My equipment was 26 years old and the serviceman suggested that I look into replacing it, but he did get the heat to work.
I scheduled an appointment to see about a new system, without pricing other companies, because I trusted them to be fair and competitive. I ordered the new system and the band aid that was applied to my furnace worked until it did not one freezing day. Because of the supply problems resulting from the pandemic, I was given the delivery date of February 7, but this was December! I called PHHAC and this time, a serviceman came to remove the bad motor and replaced it with a loaned motor until my new system is installed. There was no charge for the service call! Now that is what I say is an outstanding business policy when concern is shown to their customers and not the bottom line!
