Josh T is a professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented installer for Columbia NW Heating & Air Conditioning. Josh installed our new furnace and air conditioning system within the scheduled install time. During the install, he made sure all details of the installation were done right. He was very attentive, and responsive to our questions, and requests. After installation, and system start-up testing, he supplied us with all of the equipment manuals.
He then, answered all the questions we had on the new system components. During installation, if he saw anything that needed correction, he brought the items to our attention, and corrected the problems. Josh was observant, responsive, amiable, and respectful of our job's needs. He is a true asset to the Columbia NW Heating & Air Conditioning team! Working with him during this installation was a pleasure!
We also liked the fact that all of the warrantee, and registration paperwork submission was being completed, and turned in, to the manufacturer, by the Columbia NW Heating & AC offices. We couldn't ask for a better installation experience!
He then, answered all the questions we had on the new system components. I was very impressed with the service provided by KC & the team at Columbia NW. They took wonderful care of us in replacing a very dated HVAC & A/C that has seen better days, and it was installed without issue. They also took special care to ensure the air intake was greatly improved from our old system, and I've already noticed how different the house feels with better air flow. Thank you for everything.

Joel has been to my home numerous times, mostly performing routine preventative maintenance to my heating, A/C, gas fireplace and hot water tank. It's always a pleasure to see him and I know that he will do a great job. He arrives timely, has his mask on and is unfailingly polite. He thoroughly answers my questions, explains in detail what he is doing, and leaves all work sites spotless. One very cold night he had to come after hours because my heating system was not functioning due to a gas line problem.
He quickly diagnosed the issue and got things going again. I was very grateful for his prompt good service! He happened to run into me at a local store a few days later and came over to inquire if my system was continuing to function properly. It was so nice of him to do that and I very much appreciated his concern. He's a great representative for Columbia NW Heating and AC!

Ivan was awesome! He was professional and got the new furnace installed in about 8 hours. Explained the new thermostat and answered all of my questions about maintaining my new furnace. Further Columbia NW was great to work with! They got back to me first thing Monday morning after furnace died on a Friday. They sent out 2 different reps Tuesday - one to give me an estimate to replace and one to figure out if it was repairable - it wasn't. Then had the instillation of the replacement set up for that Friday! Only one week without heat. This company has been my hero this month!
