We called for a service person to clear a bathroom sink drain and repair a leaky faucet in the sink. The service person did the drain and then said he would not do the faucet because it wasn't leaking at that particular time - although I said it would likely start again, so he should simply finish the job. He declined - and the faucet started leaking almost immediately after he left. Their solution is to schedule a second visit and charge a total of over approximately $600 (including the second visit), plus my price to purchase of a new faucet.
The cost and approach seem extreme and basically unresponsive. I would recommend shopping around - which in all fairness, is what they told me to do when I called and said the $600+ price tag for a small drain jog and faucet repair/replacement seemed very high.

Full HVAC replacement. Out of 10 local companies called around 6pm on a Wednesday, the only one to come out. Install was fast, efficient and the owner personally reaching out to answer questions was a great touch. Highly recommend!

I hired Bowman's to install a smart dimmer switch. The electrician, Antonio, was able to be at my home within an hour of my calling. He knew immediately how to proceed and he had the switch correctly installed within a few minutes. I'll call Bowman's again for future electrical needs.

Bowman's ( Mike and team) installed a new rooftop AC unit for my condo. First, Mike did a great job with a survey and estimate. He inspected the system, offered several choices of unit manufacturers, and sized the unit for my needs. He then coordinated a crane to manage the new unit's hoisting and removal of the 20 year old unit. Finally, his team did a great job connecting the unit to my thermostat and heating unit. Mike and his team were punctual, professional, and tidy. I definitely recommend Bowman's for your heating and AC needs.

My main level AC unit was on his last legs for a few years now. After speaking to several companies who promised me they had best price for the value, I would just become frustrated. They would jack up prices with un-necessary add ons. One company wanted to cut holes in my drywall. Bowman's plumbing was referred to me by a friend and I couldn't have been happier with their service. Their pricing was right inline with what i wanted and they did not try to upsell me with trumped up charges. Bowman explained to us what they were going to do, follow through with every step he said they was going to do, and when they were done- they explained to us how to operate the unit.
The company follow up the next day and again in a few weeks after the installation. I recommend Bowman's plumbing and AC for anyone that wants a honest- no pressure- no up-sell company. They are the best!
