James came out. He actually wound up being a few minutes early. We just wanted to have our central air checked and cleaned (years overdue). He finished up quickly, gave us some advice on maintenance and eventual replacement and we're good to go. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing was cheaper than our usual plumbing service and they were able to get out here within a few days of me making the call. Great service!

Once again, Joyce did a beautiful job. Two beautiful jobs, on time, when promised, as promised. I own a Nashua home historic enough to have a name, which means it's old enough to be a challenge when new technology is needed. Matt and his crew, including Cameron, Josh and Ryan, easily met the challenge, installing 2-zone ductless split AC units in two of the three apartments the house now holds (the third apartment is warm air / central air).
Beautiful work: neat, clean, plumb, level, mimicking roof pitches with little to detract from the exterior at the back, and perfect placements inside. The best part for me? The whole crew was pleasant, patient, answered questions, kept things neat while working, and cleaned up thoroughly when done. The boss even showed up and offered a great solution when we ran into a bit of a problem, and Matt was fantastic about providing connection and drainage options.
I cannot say enough good thing about these folks and the job they did. They are now 4 for 4 with me (they have done two boilers, as well). I am pretty sure they can bat a thousand for you, too. Give 'em a call.

Joyce Cooling & Heating Inc. is professional of the staff. From the office Tina L., Jay P. giving me several options to decided, down to two technicians Christian S. & Mike L., who came to install the AC. They work non stop, they were very efficient, professional, their craftsmanship was so great, they even clean up after all. Im happy with the price and quality of their work. I would definitely use them in my future projects. I would highly recommended!

We are very glad we chose Joyce Cooling and Heating for our Mini Split installation. Everything went smoothly from the quote to scheduling and installation. We got several quotes for the job and Joyce was by far the most bang for the buck offering us exactly what we wanted and getting Mitsubishi. Other quotes were non Mitsubishi and cost was higher. Installation team was great, extremely clean and respectful of house, very efficient and friendly to work with! Go with the experts to take care of your home. Truly thank you to this team!

Ray, Jimmy and the rest of the team at Joyce did an outstanding job designing and installing a large, somewhat complex Mitsubishi heating and cooling system in our home. It's rare to find dependable contractors who get the work done right, fast, and clean, but these guys delivered that and then some. This large job was completed in just a few days and with minimal disruption to our family. I would highly recommend Joyce to anyone in need of HVAC services.
