Carrie is the customer's first contact with Air Magic. She won my business 6 years ago by her knowledge of the business of heating/cooling systems. She is able to explain how some equipment operates and suggestions that have helped solve issues. The servicemen are professional, considerate and knowledgeable. I was recommended to Air Magic by a friend who is a realtor. My A/C did not work. It was fairly new. I was tired of listening to my old A/C guy give me excuses as to why my A/C was breaking. I called Air Magic and one other company. Both came out and diagnosed the same problem, a mismatched system. Air Magic quoted a price to replace it, with many options. They brought me a portable to help out until the new unit was installed.
They hired an engineer to determine the heat load of my house, which I liked, because the prior unit kept breaking. Air Magic installed my unit early. The house is now completely cool, and I have a warranty. Air Magic is my A/C company from now on.

Kerrie on the phones is wonderful as is the other gal in the office, and very responsive- the service men are all knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and thorough -they spent a lot of time to make my Ruud air conditioner work my coils needed a complete cleanup and had to come out what an improvement I've used a few services they are the best family owned and run you always talk to someone not am answering machine see before and after photos service also including making it run when it completely stopped

My AC stopped working on a holiday weekend - the worst possible time! Air Magic booked an immediate appointment for me, came out at exactly the appointment time, and fixed my AC in less than an hour. During the repair the technician gave me lots of advice on everything from the AC warranty to maintenance tips.
