My husband and I would highly recommend Bob Mims. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to the end. Dominick came to our home to assess the job. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He even said an electrician would be included in the job to make sure we had the wiring needed for the air conditioning. We had an appointment in a week to do the job. Right on time, Albert and Reggie arrived and with no delay started the job.
Within the hour, Anthony and his partner, the electricians, arrived and began their job. We needed an upgrade. It was obvious they all knew what they were doing and did a fabulous job. They were very neat, no clean up after they left. I want to mention Angela in the office. She was my first contact and got the ball rolling. Most important, the unit is working beautiful. Again, I would recommend. Peggy and John Kelly. Brooklyn, NY.
