Arnica was great on the initial install of our central a/c system and on annual maintenance. Simon was responsive, helpful and honest. Lisa was very helpful in setting up appointments and on ensuring documentation was covered off effectively. The maintenance work was well done and the technician was helpful in exposing what he was doing. A very good experience over last three years!

Good people.good work I live in Manhattan and had them install a split level Mitsubishi system with 2 compressors, 2 wall mount vents and 2 ceiling cassettes (the ceiling cassettes are awesome!). I would say the install was complicated as it took some custom work to mount the compressors and all the piping was done internally (not outside). They did a great job communicating through the process. The office and installer staff were super polite, courteous and helpful. Simon worked hard to accommodate the electrician's needs and made a strong effort to keep costs down. After installation, the system needed some minor tweaks, to which they quickly fixed. Great experience and I would recommend them.

This was my first experience with Arnica, and it was very positive. They did the work they said needed to be done, and did it in the time and cost they had estimated. No surprises. The service technician, John, was courteous and concientious. All-in-all a very satisfying experience. Services: Heating system maintenance, Ductless heating & A/C services

After working with a different HVAC installer on a renovation I'm currently doing, and having them make several significant and costly mistakes, I brought in Arnica to help clean up the mess and ensure that everything was correctly installed and working properly. Neil, the installer, was highly professional and efficient, and explained everything clearly. The price was very fair. I would not hesitate at all to call Arnica for my next project.
