I used to use this company for years then moved out of state. I recently moved back and wanted to use them again. It's been a frustrating experience in terms of poor communication, inconsistent customer service. Work not being properly done and dropped appointments. Last year I called for my ac to be looked at and $1500 later ac still wasn't fixed or actually even looked at. FF to this year I called to get it fixed and appointments were mixed up, the tech arrived with a cane from recent back surgery (wasted appointment) and couldn't do anything, then next scheduled appointment was dropped from their schedule and depending on who answers the person might be really nice or really rude. Not worth the headache. Bas would be rolling over in his grave to see how his company is now being run.

We have been using Jacob's for years to service our old furnace and air conditioner. That went so well that we decided to use them to replace our old unit which was approaching 30 years old. It was hard to replace something that was working perfectly but knew at 30 years that we were pushing our luck. A salesman by the name of Joe came out to give me a bid. He was very professional and listened to my requests and didn't try to upsell me.

Job was done perfectly. They left the work area clean when they were done. I had a small issue with the furnace and called on Sunday to ask about it and they sent Brian out to take a look at it. He showed up less than an hour after my call and fixed the issue on the spot.
