Services
Snowmelt Systems
Our automated snowmelt systems use advanced sensors to detect snowfall and activate before accumulation. This prevents ice buildup, enhances safety, and protects driveways from salt damage. Ideal for new construction or driveway replacements.
Radiant Heating
We integrate radiant heating systems with home mechanical rooms for consistent indoor warmth. This energy-efficient solution provides even heat distribution while complementing outdoor snowmelt installations for comprehensive winter comfort.
Boiler Installation
Modern boiler installations power both radiant heating and snowmelt systems. Compact units fit seamlessly in garages, eliminating the need for dedicated mechanical rooms while maintaining system efficiency and performance.
Driveway Replacement
We coordinate complete driveway replacements with snowmelt integration. Our partnerships with local contractors ensure quality concrete work paired with advanced heating systems for long-lasting, maintenance-free results.
Tubing Pre-Installation
For homeowners not ready for full snowmelt, we install tubing during driveway replacement. This cost-effective approach preserves future upgrade options while maintaining driveway integrity for later system completion.
Questions
How do your snowmelt systems work automatically?
Our systems use sensors to detect snowfall and moisture, activating before accumulation begins. This ensures clear driveways without manual operation.
Can snowmelt be installed during driveway replacement?
Yes, we specialize in integrating snowmelt during driveway replacements. Tubing is embedded in concrete for optimal heat distribution and long-term performance.
What are the benefits of radiant heating integration?
Combined systems provide whole-home comfort by linking indoor radiant heating with outdoor snowmelt. This improves energy efficiency and eliminates separate mechanical requirements.
Do you offer free estimates for installations?
Yes, we provide free consultations to assess your property and recommend customized solutions for radiant heating and snowmelt systems.
How does snowmelt protect driveway longevity?
By eliminating salt and plow use, our systems prevent concrete corrosion and physical damage, extending driveway lifespan by decades.
What if I can't afford full installation now?
We offer phased installation. We can pre-install tubing during driveway replacement, allowing future system completion at your convenience.

The two technicians that came were kind, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They took the time to really clean our AC unit, check vent temp on each room, and answer any of my questions. They encouraged us to follow up with them in two days to make sure our unit is cooling better. Very pleased! We will continue to use them! Service: AC maintenance

Jordan was terrific! He got to the bottom of the hot water and low pressure issues I was having with my guest bathroom sink and shower, and was able to fix them the same day (I had thought that it would have taken him several days). Great service!

Our water heater burst. I called Tingey plumbing, and they were able to set up an appointment that day to replace the tank. They worked to ensure all parts were in working condition. They were also helpful in giving recommendations to maintain the heater in the future. Thanks!
