The efforts put forth to get our hot water heater replaced, HVAC and geothermal system back up and running were incredible! Sean, Chris and Chris came to do all these services for us and they were so polite, they listened to the long list of issues we've had with our system and got it right the first time, and do a great job cleaning up when they're done! They even brought equipment to flush the geothermal line after installing the new parts, that was a huge help so we didn't have to call another company to come out and do that!
I believe I talked with Meghan on the phone a few times about updates and getting the services scheduled and parts ordered and she was great! Definitely call this company if you have an HVAC system and geothermal - they have staff that are knowledgeable and good with geothermal! Thanks again to everyone involved with this insane, time consuming task, you guys did great!

Tuckers did an excellent job replacing my old water heater and addressing our inlet pressure issue. Of all the 4.5+ places I contacted, they provided a concise estimate and came out to assess and replace it in quick time. They have great customer service (Becca) and the techs are very professional. Do not hesitate to have them come out, very happy to have a USA service plan with them.

During an earlier scheduled, seasonal cooling system check tech determined capacitor in outside unit was under-performing. He explained continued use of the component could lead to other components working harder and leading to their early failure. Was provided replacement options with varying warranty length (and price). Tech returned to install part, completing work quickly and checked performance afterward. Very pleased with service, with tech being very cordial.

Cole was very nice and helpful. He put on the booties in my house and wore a mask (although I am so over masks - it WOULD NOT bother me if you all stop wearing them). He also recommended we should spray out the fins about August to keep clean for longer life of outside unit. I appreciate the info of things we could do in between maintenance visits. They are always very responsive and show up on time. Their technicians are professional and I feel like they care about their quality service. I had switched from another provider that I had for years after poor quality and have been happy at Tuckers. They are a bit higher priced but their service is quality and worth it for me. This company deceived us and said they could put a new HVAC unit in while making it look nice. Instead, they installed an ugly pipe system in our ceiling that's completely visible. It failed the first building inspection so they put more wood 2x4s around it and made it look even worse. I would recommend literally anyone but this company. Not to mention they didn't take any safety precautions around my family. Now we spend a bunch of money to have an ugly pipe system in our ceiling. Horrible.
