We had our air ducts cleaned by Mike and Joe. Our air ducts are the original ductwork in a 70-year-old home and it was apparent they had never been cleaned before. Mike and Joe did a thorough and professional job and we couldn't be happier with the result. We highly recommend McAfee for any HVAC service. They have installed both our current furnace and air conditioning systems as well as performing the duct cleaning service. McAfee (plus Mike and Joe) gets five stars from us!

Troy just performed our A/C PM and was very professional and thorough. He was friendly and personable. We have been on the McAfee Comfort plan for many years and remain very satisfied with this service. Although our unit is old we have never been pressured to replace it. Had a new furnace and A/C unit install by Steven L and Janson B this week. It was an outstanding experience. They were here when the promised and the install was in my estimate perfect. They were knowledgeable, professional and extremely pleasant. They were very respectful of our property and left the job site cleaner than when they arrived. I enjoyed working with the McAfee team! Danny came out and gave me an estimate for a new heat pump system. He was friendly and answered all my questions. There was no high pressure sales pitch and he was responsive when I contacted him days later with new questions. On install day Mike and Steve were early. They were professional, friendly, and gave me a thorough run down of the system before they left.
It was a pleasure to work with them! Later the same day Robert knocked at our door. He was there to double check the installers work and make sure everything was up to code. Robert was also professional and willing to answer questions. I had no idea he was coming. I was very reassured to see how thorough the McAfee company is!
