We called them to fix a toilet leak. They sent A tech over and he was phenomenal! He made us so comfortable and we pointed out several other issues that we had. He walked us through everything, gave us accurate quotes, and then proceeded to fix everything in a timely manner.

Thorough, attentive, explain things clearly. Respond fast and friendly. A friend had recommended them for my boiler after another company failed to repair it and recommended a new boiler. Aladdin repair took the boiler apart and fixed the issue at a fraction of cost. They cost more than what I had been paying but it's worth it. Services: Heating system repair, Toilet repair

The service is great. My only further wish is that I could have a broken down accounting of parts and labor. This is important for getting comparative quotes, and also for tax reasons as a homeowner. But other than this point, this is a great company with fast, responsive, professional work without question! Service: Water heater installation
