Just wanted to thank David and RJ for their efficient response and service. I called yesterday morning and their customer service representative was able to send out plumbers in as little as 2-3 hours. I shortly after received a text with the name and picture of the plumber who would show up to assist me. Thats a great feature for security purposes. David also sent me a text message when he was arriving. He assessed the situation and quickly gave me a quote, luckily for me the work was completed all in one day. I have used Henleys for several outdoor plumbing services. From initial phone call to completion of necessary work Henleys has consistently done a superior job. This last job was my main water pipe from the meter to the house. The service technicians Dom & Jose were courteous, professional, and always willing to answer my questions & concerns. I appreciate the care they took of my landscape when trenching and afterwards cleaning up the work area. You get what you pay for and Henleys delivered.

I had multiple plumbing issues, including a non-stop running toilet and an upstairs shower leaking down onto the first floor through my ceiling. I was beyond stressed. I reached out to Henleys Plumbing & Air, and they were incredible. They sent out a technician the same day. Francisco was awesome. He was able to repair the shower issue and install a new toilet for me all within 24hrs of my call. The ladies that work in the office were super kind and kept me updated. Henleys is the only plumbing Ill use going forward.

Joshua Payan came out for our gas leak. Did a pressure and showed us there was a leak. He took his time explaining everything to us and our options. I did not have hot water this morning. I called Henley's Plumbing & Air at 6:21 this morning. They were able to schedule the service between 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. When they tell you that they are open 24 hours, they are truly open 24 hours, someone will take your call anytime. Unfortunately, I needed to replace my water heater. I am so happy the work was assigned to David and his assistant. They came on time. Before they did the work, David told me how much it would cost. David is willing to work with you to make it easier on your pocket. They were able to help me save some money. David is an honest person, and you can trust him. David and his assistant are really good at what they do, and they do not waste time. I am so happy that I was able to have hot water the same day. Thank you so much for a job well done!!!

David and Ty with Henley's Plumbing and Air replaced a hot water heater recently. They did a fantastic job removing the old tank and they replaced EVERY part (hoses, pipes) to ensure the unit would be problem-free for years. They explained what they were doing throughout, were highly professional, and they were very skilled in their work. I commend them and Henley's for being so attentive and responsive. They cleaned up after themselves and even answered a question after hours. VERY customer-focused.

Leo came out to our house to find a leak for us. Located it fast, got us water back in the house. He was very friendly, fast and helpful. You can tell hes very knowledgeable at what he does. He was masked up as he approached us and worked. And everything was great quality. We were very happy with his work. This is our second time using bhi plumbing so anytime we have an issue they can fix we call them for their honesty and trust to fix the problem. Thank you so much!!
