Paul came within 10 minutes of calling, and had our heater cleaned and fixed in about an hour. He knows his way around a heater, which is so refreshing. Thank you I'll definitely be calling only you guys in the future.
Update: I needed a gas line run and a fire place installed and called Paul again. He came in a short amount of time, installed the line and fireplace efficiently and troubleshot the fireplace when it wasnt working quite right (it was an older fireplace). He cleaned it up with attention to detail, replaced the non functioning part and got it running perfectly. The best part is I fully expected to pay much more than he quoted due to the extra labor to replace the broken part. He didnt! No one does that, he is an honest guy and thats a rare thing. Thank you hrc!

As a follow up to my review, I had to call HRC on an AC emergency in the hot of the day and they were able to come within the hour and had my system up an running in no time. On top of that, they only charged me the service charge plus the cost of one small part. Thank you!!

The technician was new and would check something then call his boss, check the next thing and call his boss. While HRC does not service this area Paul was quick to call his connections, put me in touch with them, and I have a trusted inspection taking place this morning.
HRC is top notch in all aspects! I highly recommend them.

HRC is a great HVAC company. I have used their services multiple times and every time I have found them to be honest and reliable. Lance was punctual with his service appointment and did a great job, and I had Paul, the owner, come over to give me a quote for a job and he ended up giving me great advice that will save me from doing the work I thought I would need. My AC stopped working so I called one company that couldn't make the appointment until the next day (100 degree temperatures outside), so I decided to call HRC Climate Services and they were able to be at my home in less than 2 hours. The service tech was able to fix the problem, but by the end of the day it stopped working. We called again the next morning, the same tech came and did a thorough investigation identifying a stripped wire causing a short circuit to blow the fuse for the furnace fan. It was fixed without an additional charge. The tech was professional, and I would consider using their services again.

Billy did a great job installing a new dryer vent system in my home. He cut the drywall and installed a capped over the old ventilation system exactly how I asked him to so repairing the wall would be easy to do afterwards. The pricing for all of the work I requested was very reasonable. I will be coming back if I have more projects I need completed.

We had a good experience overall. Mike was great at keeping us in the loop and with every step of the way. At one point he had to go pick up a part for us and was courteous enough to call and let us know when he had the part and we that he was on his way. He found the problem quickly and had great customer service. Price seemed reasonable.
