Nobody- no electrician, HVAC, or contractor could figure out why my thermostat wouldent go on. Alamo's tech Antonio was the only one who thought to look at the actual breaker itself, and realize the wire was fried. He told me exactly what I needed and although it wasn't his wheelhouse he was able to direct me on exactly what u had to do. I got the switch from Home Depot, and 15 minutes later my heater is back in business. This is the ONLY hvac company I will ever deal with going forward. 10/10

Literally life saving work. Jose, is someone I will appreciate forever. He came to replace our ducts that had an order that was from a dead rodent that was in our ducts. He replaced the ducts and did the job very quickly and efficiently. Then he noticed water dripping from our furnace. He could have left it as it wasnt apart of our the initial job. He asked if he could assess and look at the cause. He found over 4 inches of water in our furnace! I told him that I wouldnt have him do the work because I wanted to see if it was covered under our home warranty instead of paying out of pocket at this moment. The home warranty company was contracted with another company. They came out the following day and asked if we had used the heater and we said no because of the smell from the rodent in the ducts. But Jose repaired that so the smell was gone. The home warranty HVAC company stated that apparently our heating coils were rusted from the water in our furnace. If we used the furnace with the coils rusted our house could have released carbon monoxide! Had Jose not took the time to look into it we may have never known and I might be telling you a completely different story! Thank you so much for taking your time be thorough even though you didnt have to be! Alamo heating and cooling is beyond amazing.

Alamo Heating and Cooling Inc is incredible. Our AC wasn't blowing cold air during a heat wave. He was very considerate of the situation and fit us in between appointments to come take a look. He diagnosed it and had us up and running within minutes. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and the cost was worth every penny. Highly recommend them!

Absolutely the best service from an HVAC company I have ever received. They promptly returned my call, made an appointment for the next morning and showed up on time. Two parts had failed. They had them both. It only took about 15-20 to replace them. $375 for diagnostics and parts and labor. I think it's a good price. Vacaville area.

Great service! My AC went out during a heat wave and Alamo Heating and Cooling came out early the same day, 3 hours before the estimated time of arrival. Jose Alamo kept me informed every step of the way with what repairs were taking place, he was very efficient and knowledgeable, and also made it a point to follow-up after the service to make sure everything was still working properly. My AC was back up and running same day which is rare to find now days. I will definitely be using this company again in the future and also referring them to anyone who has heating and cooling issues.
