When we responded to a TV ad special for $99 to clean and service our AC unit we expected the usual bait and switch or upsell of unnecessary repairs. We were completely wrong and very impressed with this company. They did a very thorough and excellent job. We ended up signing up for the service contract at $19.a month and it has been the best investment for our home. They have came out three times since then and Star Wars our air conditioner, checked our plumbing, and their employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend these people.

MJ showed up on a Sunday night at 10pm to fix my unit that was completely shut down. I signed up for the maintenance program which saved me some money on the repair and he even found me a coupon on the website. Cant say enough about how thoroughly he explained everything to me. Unit is already cooling down, so thankful. Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of working with an AC technician/Manager George and his group of trainees-Logan and Koby, and I couldnt be more impressed. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they were knowledgeable, professional, and committed to getting the job done right.

The lead technician/manager George, was not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and thorough in explaining what needed to be done and why. He took the time to educate both me and his trainees, ensuring they understood each step of the process while maintaining excellent service and efficiency.

Joey serviced my air conditioner today and conducted a thorough inspection of both the inner and outer units. He meticulously checked every detail of the system and quickly identified several faulty parts that required replacement. I was particularly impressed with the fair pricing he provided through the company, and his suggestions were both honest and insightful. Both addressed the routine maintenance for efficiency of the unit as well as a current EPA change which affects the use of refrigerants in HVAC units. On time Experts showed on a Saturday to check my current system. Dominic did a good job identifying the problem. Turned out I needed a new system and he helped get it set up for installation the very next dayon a Sunday. Great job across the board by all involved.

The service technician, Marco, arrived on time and thoroughly inspected and cleaned both my units, the inside unit and outside unit, including the furnaces. Our prior company did not clean as thoroughly.

Marco was courteous and did something I havent seen before: he cleaned up after himself even vacuuming the floor where a little insulation from the attic had fallen.

Marco pointed out two things that he recommended we keep an eye on and recommended we correct. He took apart the systems and cleaned everything, including the internal blower fan that was pretty dirty.

I would recommend the On Time Experts without hesitation as the value is truly there along with the technical expertise.

George was great to deal with! He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Above all, his customer service stood out to me and it was an overall good experience.

Our tech Dominic was a lifesaver. Extremely professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and educate me on the maintenance of our system. Out of the 4 or 5 companies I called over the course of 3 days, On Time was the only one that would arrive within hours of me reaching out for our emergency. I love this company. When the AC goes south it's great to know that they are there 'same day' when you need them! I've been using them for several years now...for heating,, AC and plumbing and I recommend them highly. Lately I've been really appreciating the communication I get from them prior to the techs arriving at my house. It's really helpful because I'm always updated on their arrival time. I also appreciate the fact that they are there for the consumer on nights and weekends. Several times they've 'saved the day' on a holiday weekend. Today Joseph and Sean did a great job of servicing my HVAC unit and getting it to 100% efficiency for the hot summer weather. Steven was very efficient and thorough, making my yearly maintenance seamless and easy, very knowledgeable and took his time answering all of my questions and showing me parts of my unit so I could understand what he was referring to!

Let me first state that my electric bills have become outrageous in the last couple of years. And my system hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. Professional, punctual and helpful describes the young techs that cleaned and analyzed my systems. They identified issues with carbon monoxide production which I didn't know was happening. My AC system was old enough to no longer receive Freon servicing without costing me a lot of money and was using extra electricity.

This answers my first statement. Bottom line, I had a new system installed the next day. Service was incredibly awesome. I'm glad I finally made the decision to have my system cleaned. This company explained everything in detail and I never felt pressured to purchased anything. They are now my go to company!

On Time offered same day service and excellent recognition of Veterans. I selected them for a plumbing problem and received service that afternoon. I just had an awesome service call! Justin is very knowledgeable and he was empathetic to my concerns and the issue with my A/C unit. On Time experts showed up within a couple of hours of my call, analyzed the problem and resolved a major issue in a reasonable amount of time. Although they could not resolve the problem immediately, they stayed on it and communicated with me often, keeping me informed. Clint was the technician who came out and resolved my issue. Justin was on time and detailed with all his work from looking at the cause of issue and explaining how to resolve each. George and Gilbert came to do a routine maintenance and got my AC / heat pump working better. The cleaned and fixed everything and replaced a capacitor that was going bad. My air conditioning went out this morning, so I called my home warranty company and they said it would be 3 - 4 days before they could come. I remembered On Time Experts add and called them. They sent a tech in 45 mins. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He explained how everything works and what we needed. I highly recommend and wouldn't call anyone else. I signed up for their membership too that has great benefits!

AC went out late on a Saturday night with 100 degree heat and I received a prompt call Sunday AM to schedule a visit and had a visit and a diagnostic provided by that morning. My options were explained by Eric in a way I could understand as a new homeowner. Repairs were completed by Monday based on part availability.
