Originally called Swift Air to look at my stand alone ice maker. Technician arrived earlier than expected-which was great. He was very knowledgeable about my ice maker. While he was here we asked him to look at our upstairs a/c unit-had gone out the night before. Within an hour a crew arrived to replace our 25 year old a/c! Very polite. Valerie at the office is great.

I thought he did a good job to diagnosis the problem. The $90 service call and $100 for diagnostic was a $190 for one hour and no parts required. The problem was that the AEP incoming wire was broken at the weather head. Thanks for solving the problem.

This company did an excellent job in repairing our A/C which was installed by another company that did not even have the courtesy to call and let us know when they could schedule us for service. The tech was very professional and honest this could have been an outrageous bill due to it not being under warranty but at the end it was only a broken wire that was malfunctioning making the unit short out. Unit is working perfectly now and was not charged for the wire. Thanks Swift Air for your service we will be using you again!
