When I called the company, the young lady who answered the phone. Valerie, was professional and efficient. She explained the maintenance plan, that would save me money over time. A big shout out to my Salesman Mark for helping us through the ins and outs of not only picking, but also financing my entire HVAC system. Once we were approved through their financing, their technicians came in and did their job. No mess was left behind and they made sure that everything that was done was explained. I would highly recommend an installation from them!

This company did an excellent job in repairing our A/C which was installed by another company that did not even have the courtesy to call and let us know when they could schedule us for service. The tech was very professional and honest this could have been an outrageous bill due to it not being under warranty but at the end it was only a broken wire that was malfunctioning making the unit short out. Unit is working perfectly now and was not charged for the wire. Thanks Swift Air for your service we will be using you again!

There's no one else I will ever call for my heating and air service needs. After returning home from a long day at work I discovered my air conditioner was not cooling. I thought it was a long shot since it was 6pm, but I decided to try and call a service company. Swift Air took the call and was at my house in less than 30 minutes. They was able to identify the problem and had me up and running that evening.
