I thought he did a good job to diagnosis the problem. The $90 service call and $100 for diagnostic was a $190 for one hour and no parts required. The problem was that the AEP incoming wire was broken at the weather head. Thanks for solving the problem.

Had a new unit installed. The technicians were great and made sure everything was working before they left. We later had a problem with our electrical panel since the new unit was much bigger. They came out and found what the problem was late at night. Great follow up care!!

This company did an excellent job in repairing our A/C which was installed by another company that did not even have the courtesy to call and let us know when they could schedule us for service. The tech was very professional and honest this could have been an outrageous bill due to it not being under warranty but at the end it was only a broken wire that was malfunctioning making the unit short out. Unit is working perfectly now and was not charged for the wire. Thanks Swift Air for your service we will be using you again!

There's no one else I will ever call for my heating and air service needs. After returning home from a long day at work I discovered my air conditioner was not cooling. I thought it was a long shot since it was 6pm, but I decided to try and call a service company. Swift Air took the call and was at my house in less than 30 minutes. They was able to identify the problem and had me up and running that evening. It's really great to deal with a company that truly understands the concepts that go along with being a great service company! Thank you Swift Air!
