I called Air Comfort because I am return customer. They have treated me right in the past and did an Amazing job again. My technician was Chris Ostrander and he went above and beyond. He replaced the hot water heater and even replaced a couple water valves that he noticed were aging and going bad. I am highly satisfied with Air Comfort. HVAC wasnt pushing out cold air my house got up to 80 degrees. They came out in less than an hour and got it back up and running. Its was very cheap for an emergency visit. and he also pointed out a mistake in my central dehumidifier that someone else hooked up. He offered to go home do some research on the unit model number and contact me. If he is able to fix their mistake Id rather pay him to do it than have the other people come back

Chris installed a new air conditioner including the evaporator coil and the outdoor condensing unit in a few hours. He is extremely conscientious and neat; after completing the job and cleaning up, you couldnt tell that any work had been done! The new system works perfectly. If you are in need of HVAC services, I would highly recommend Chris and Air Comfort Technologies.

Over the many years, Ive had the pleasure of working with Ann and their service tech Chris. Always a pleasure to work with and were able to solve any problems that we were having. The big payoff for my family was we just lost the heat furnace right after that heavy cold snap. Air Comfort Technologies was extremely quick to react, they gave us a broad range of options / models and cost to choose from.

They procured the equipment immediately and installed it the very next day. We are very pleased with the installation, operations and functionality of the equipment. They were good to clean up after themselves and the system is to our satisfaction. I strongly recommend using their services.

They came over to do maintenance on our 25+ year old furnace to confirm it finally bit the dust, so Chris helped us with choices for what best fit our budget, and this new system is amazing! USA made, and the install from start to finish was done so perfect. We are BEYOND PLEASED with Air Comfort Technologies!! What a great team of people! Very knowledgeable, honest, communicative, and willing! We live in an old brick home built in 1924. Chris had to drill through brick and horsehair plaster! What a mess that could have been if his team wasnt willing to use my shop vac as he drilled! Chris is a rare find as a service technician. He explains things to you and is very courteous. I felt very comfortable around him and he answered all my questions. We had him work on our central air unit about a year and a half prior to this appointment. It was a no brainier who I was calling when my furnace started acting up. I would recommend this company to everyone. Five stars.

We worked with Chris and he was amazing. our system was old and it was time to replace it all. He gave us a quote that gave us a bunch of options and did a great job explaining each one. when we had questions after he left, he was also prompt to answer them. Ann was great as well, scheduling service was simple and they arrived on time. They text you when the are on their way and provide a link so you can see where the technician is and how long until they arrive. Super helpful. The install went great, and we love the new system. They have a customer for life.

Quick to respond and very professional. They are small so I don't think they work on commercial sized equipment or do plumbing but my elderly neighbor said they are responsive and did good work at his house in York.

There was no doubt that Air Comfort Technologies was going to be our choice when we decided to replace our HVAC unit. Chris and his team worked with us to make sure all of our questions were answered and they were vigilante through the entire process to make sure we were understood what was happening. Called these guys for a furnace that wasn't keeping up with the thermostat setting. They showed up on the same day. They gave me an approximate time and then called me half an hour before they showed up. Chris O. Showed up right on time. He put on foot covers so that he didn't track anything into the house. After a very thorough evaluation of the furnace he found the problem. He continued his examination to make sure that there were no other issues. He was very courteous and professional. Great experience.

I would like to take a moment to give a huge thank you to Chris and his team at Air Comfort Technolgies! We were without air conditioning during a very hot week in August, and needed a new unit along with a furnace. When searching for a HVAC group, I checked ACT's facebook page and a pop-up came up that narrowed down my problem, after ansering a few questions I received a phone call from the office.

It was spot on, and they were so professional. The service we received upfront was more than I could have ever expected. His visit that evening was punctual and spot on. Chris shared our options to us and gave us 4 estimates by that evening by email. We made our choice and Chris and his team were out to replace our Air and Furnace promptly. There work was clean and they could not have been any nicer. When someone is hot and needs help, their quick response makes you feel like the ball is set in motion. I would recommend Chris and his team anytime to anyone!

My air stopped working during some of the hottest days this August. I contacted Air Comfort and they were able to come out the same day to check out the issue. Mike quickly diagnosed the problem and told me what it would take to fix the problem. Without ANY pressure from Mike I decided it was time to just replace the system and Chris had me a quote that same day. From the original contact on a Wednesday, I had new system installed and working on Monday (5 days including weekend). I was super happy.

Chris was very helpful with all the information we needed. We had a 28 year old system when the AC went out, so we decided to have the heater and AC both replaced. The price was excellent. The really impressive thing was that they came on a Sunday and installed the system in about 6 hours for no extra cost. The new system is a lot more efficient - it cools much quicker and the blower is much stronger. I am sure this will be a much warmer winter for us. I would recommend Air Comfort very highly.

Quick to respond and come out to do the work. Chris is very professional and polite. Doesn't try to price gouge you with hourly rates; instead he identified the possible problems and offered potential long term solutions with prices. In the mean time he was able to get our A/C unit up and running for reasonable cost while we decide our next step.
