When your hot water heater dies you want a company with quick, response and knowledgeable people. Gervais delivered for me! They sent out a representative (Frank) the same day to repair my heater. Unfortunately the unit needed to be replaced. That was immediately scheduled and installed in a timely manner. All the people that I had interaction with were professional and helpful. Gene the installation expert was fantastic.
He immediately came up with a solution to a potential code violation and performed the install along with his apprentice. I was impressed with his mentoring abilities and instructional techniques at one time saying " attention to detail is important" to his partner. That is the type of person I want to work at my house! Thanks to all for a job well done.

We are very impressed by the services provided by Gervais, starting from the initial assessment to the delivery of the service. As a first-time and new home buyer, we needed consultation and support to know the HVAC systems and Mass Save Heat loan process. Britt walked us through different types of HVAC and pros and cons and gave us an excellent estimate that was better than the other estimates we got. Gervais team helped us throughout the heat loan application- thanks to Mercy and Stephanie.
They informed us about every step and were very responsive to our questions. Finally, the installation team did a phenomenal job on the installation date by showing up on time, doing the installation and testing it out. The installation crew was super professional, friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend Gervais mechanical services!

I would like to say that Gervais Mechanical has a very good sales and installation team, with a courteous and super friendly professional demeanor. They pride themselves on responsiveness. I was one of those customers that waited to the end and asked questions about spare parts lists and how my Renai system would run. They got high marks for installation in a closet in a finished basement but I would like to have seen more product knowledge with either the salesman or lead installer, the manuals appear to be well written, too. Overall I give them an A and would certainly recommend them to my friends and family.

We highly recommend Gervais and technician Chris C. We called Gervais at 4:30pm. We quickly received an estimate and a 10am time for service for a new water heater installation. Chris arrived promptly at 10am with a friendly and courteous demeanor. He explained what he would do and when he'd be finished. He expertly did everything he said he would do. We appreciated his communication and professional work. In house staff was equally efficient and pleasant to work with. We couldn't have asked for better service all around.

Gervais did a great job installing our mini splits into our 2 family home. They were efficient, friendly and finished in a fashionable manner. Marcy , did a fantastic job organizing our rebate . She constantly kept us updated and worked diligently on the paperwork and process. It took many weeks for our problem to be corrected. Marcy took charge and came up with a positive resolution regarding our rebate. Thank you for staying on this for a long period of time.

I have used Gervais a few times for a couple of small things and furnace clean outs. When I woke up with no heat, Chris came out on time and helped narrow down the problem to a frozen pipe. A few hours of thawing later, he came back out to help get the furnace going. It took a long time for things to thaw, but Chris was proven right and now my house is warm. They also followed up to make sure things are still working. Very much appreciate their knowledge, responsiveness, and help. I'll call them again if I have any more plumbing issues. You should too.

These men and their team are exceptional workers. They know their work and good at it too. When one thing was not working, they would come to me with other options to make it work and it worked. Gervais provided superior customer service from initial contact to the final stage of my experience. Over the weekend I had a leaking pipe under my bathroom sink. I turned all the water off and decided I could wait until Monday for service. The inital phone recording over the weekend said I would receive a call back within 10 minutes and I did. About a half hour prior to the scheduled visit I received a text from Chris (who was excellent and extremely knowledgeable) stating that he was on his way.
He diagnosed and resolved the issue very quickly and explained everything along the way. He asked if there was anything else and then he went the extra mile to help me get the warranty info on my water heater. He also explained all of their maintenance plans that they offer. I will definitely use Gervais for all my electrical/plumbing, hvac/ac needs and cannot recommend them highly enough. Great response times, superior quality and exceptional service.
