Installation of new furnace went smoothly. Friendly and professional workmen. Responsive to a particular need we had, and did not leave until the issue was to our satisfaction. Overpriced $$$$$ and TOTALLY Unreliable new to area, w New furnace install - Gervais rescheduled 4-times, 1st was a no show-wasted day off then reschedules continued over 7wks and when my old furnace died they rescheduled again leaving me no furnace entering December- labor quote was 7k$ for 1-1/2 day work -F-U! Gervais- worst worst, worst experience in my 40yrs as homeowner- totally unreliable-I was expecting a bang-out job for the quote- Gervais is a cluster fk!

Gervais is friendly and responsive, even during very busy times of the year. We called them to troubleshoot a condenser not working during a heatwave. Nate was fantastic. The root cause of our trouble was hard to locate, and in our attic -- he poked around everywhere until he located it, it must have been VERY hot but he pushed through it until he figured it out. Also shared some really helpful tips and answered all my new homeowner questions. I'm really grateful and will continue to call Gervais in the future!

I Highly recommend Gervais Plumbing Heating & AC. I placed a call with their service the night before and they had a technician to service the system the next day. I highly recommend Nate. He had a wealth of knowledge and had my heating system running within an hour. They also have a maintenance plan that is top notch. If you are looking for a great heating service look no further. You found it!

I submitted an online question and received a call immediately to schedule an appointment. I received confirmation the morning of and the tech arrived timely. Shawn was great. Explained everything well, took his time and made sure it was done right and even talked through future recommendations with me. Very personable and pressure free. Great experience compared to a prior company I was using. Will use Gervais again for sure.

Gervais Mechanical, who I had not used before, came out within 3 hours of my call when my furnace stopped working. It was early March, very cold and windy. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, explained to me what he was doing and finished within the hour. The charge was very reasonable. I recommend Gervais based on this experience.

We happened to start contacting them while they were in the middle of moving shop so my experience in contact was not the same as some of the other reviews. However I understand why and the work they have done in my house has been thorough and beautifully done. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and while they were selling services they weren't pushy (their work made it so it wasn't hard to go back to them.
Specifically we've dealt with Austin and Chris. Austin installed the water heater, air duct cleaning and my ac cleaning. I've included a picture of the water heater. Chris installed our faucet and the water pipe to our refrigerator. Again both very professional, knowledgeable and important to my family, kept their masks on in my home (I'm an asthmatic who was unvaccinated at the time) I can't understate how much I appreciated thier work and would call them back any time for any of my needs.
