Call this place first. Called on a Saturday and didn't receive an answering service. The gentleman who answered knew they had a tech in the area and he arrived probably 20 minutes later. Kyle came out and was really understanding, helpful, patient, and educational. I will ask for him again! The weekend service call fee was completely reasonable as was the final invoice.

We lost heat 1 week ago but the ac went out yesterday. It was 90 yesterday and today. When I called the receptionist was very accommodating and set up an appointment that day. Jason was the tech that came out. He determined that the fan motor, that is used by both the furnace and ac was burnt out and needed replacing. Rather than scheduling another appointment he called another service man to see if he had the motor with the correct 3/4 hp that the fan needed and brought it over. He installed it and all is good. Jason was pleasant, punctual and was able to diagnose the problem. Good job Jason and Apollo!

After the June flood last year Mark at Apollo gave us a quote and inspected one furnace and replaced another. We needed service on the new one in March and they came out the day we called when they found out we had an infant in the house. They always go above and beyond! Jason did a fabulous job, and where else do you talk to the owner to schedule service.

Kevin installed a new condenser, a/c lines, and electrical by himself in less than a day. Service was excellent and both him and Mark were both patient with me and my questions. Would recommend using them again for HVAC service in the future.

I've only lived in my new home for a month, so when the furnace stopped working on a cold day, I had no idea what to do, and I called the first place that popped up on Google. They arrived within ten minutes of my call! Luckily, my furnace and filter were just dirty, and I just needed some basic cleaning maintenance, but I was very satisfied the prompt and affordable service! I am 73 year old home owner, who prior to retirement was in construction for 30 years. I also have a mechanicakl license, altough not certified with this manufacturer, however, I have keen understanding of the degree of difficulty and workmaniship. Replacing Heat exchangers is the most complicated task in furnace repair. Apollo heating sent Jason to do the task. When others quoted 4 hours or more to do the job and complained about part availability. Apollo showed confidence and completed the job in 2 hours.
Just wanted all to kinow that because they are highly skilled at this task they priced accordingly, there efficiency was reflected in their quote which was the best of the 3 I got. Highly recommend them

Had some water leaking from my furnace. Jason the technician pinpoint the issue within minutes. He proceeded to complete a thorough inspection of the whole unit. Did not push anything unnecessary. Everything is working great and he replaced a filter in the humidifier I never knew existed. Very pleased and will use Apollo for any issue going forward

This business has deceptive business practices, and misleading information. Do NOT use this company. I called to ask to have someone put Freon in the AC unit Bc it has a leak and gets low every few years. I did NOT ask for a diagnostic and was SURE of wha the problem. I forced to pay $100 for a diagnostic fee AND the money for the Freon I knew I needed. There's a sign on the side of each truck that says "free estimates"- Lindsey fought tooth and nail to say that I needed the diagnostic and that estimates are only free for "new equipment". Great. Thanks for being "cool".

Had to replace a hot water heater recently. They checked it out and installed the equipment same day. It doesn't always work out so smoothly, but in our case, things fell into place. These guys are nice, and work to help the customer as quick as possible.

We moved in to a older home a few years ago with and old NOISY furnace and no central air. The furnace made it through the winter but my wife wasn't going to make it through the summer with out air. So we started getting bids and got several estimates ranging from over $12,000 to under $5000. Apollo wasn't the lowest but wasn't anywhere near the highest and after subtracting the federal tax rebate, DTE rebate, and manufacturers rebate we got almost $3000 back.
We also signed up for the six months no interest credit card they offered and paid it off over half a year while the rebates came in. We were concerned about the noise of the A/C unit because our city requires the neighbors permission if you want it on the side of you house. While trying to convince my neighbor that noise wasn't going to be a problem (and it isn't) Ed even came out and talked to her about her concerns.
They also put me in touch with a customer who purchased the same unit I was going to have installed so I could go out and see and hear it for myself. They installed everything in one long Saturday and passed the city inspection with ease.
