Austin came out and not only did he repair our water heater hoses that were leaking he also found that the water heater exhaust vent was not properly aligned and is part of doing the hoses he fix that. The response time was excellent especially on a holiday weekend. Thank you very much you're my new plumber of choice. Service: Water heater repair

We called regarding a leaking hot water tank. They were able to schedule us quickly. Steve was very professional. He listed all of our options and explained the issues to us thoroughly. He fixed our leak and recommended replacing the tank based upon the age. He did not push the most expensive repair and instead gave us the information to make the choice. He worked with us to maximize our value. We will be using this company again and would be happy to have Steve back.

I was quoted on the phone $114/ hour plus materials. The tech mid way through the job told me it's going to be $114/ hour plus an additional $400 to snake a drain through a toilet drain even though the toilet was already removed. Very shady company won't stand behind what they quote. Update after they saw my review they called and offered me a refund check by mail for what I paid them when they were out. That was three weeks ago and still haven't received it.

Steve was so thorough doing his job. He was able to diagnose the issue and backed up his reasoning. He was extremely patient with me as I am a relatively new homeowner. He explained everything he was doing and pointed out key areas of plumbing I should be aware of. He also discussed other services with me that I was interested in. He did an awesome job!

My washing machine was leaking onto my kitchen floor underneath the cabinets, pippin brothers came out to my house, stood in my kitchen while I explained what happened, did not look at anything, did not assess the situation at all and said that it's a broken pipe under the concrete and left me with 2 quotes. a quote for $19,000 to rip up my kitchen floors to replace piping and a $5,000 quote to move my washing machine to an exterior wall and re-route my plumbing.

I didn't feel good about accepting what he said being that he didn't assess anything at all so I called solid plumbing to come give me a second opinion, solid plumbing checked everything, assessed the situation and decided to run some cables down a pipe that was on my roof and fixed my leak for $200. Needless to say, I will not be using pippin brothers ever again. Seems to me they take advantage of people. Solid plumbing will be my go-to for any plumbing issues I have

They are friendly and very knowledgeable. They came out and fixed our toilet quickly. Steven and Robert were our repair persons. Soooo nice and polite. JOB WELL DONE!

Hands down the most efficient and professional plumbing company in Lawton! We had a propane leak and a huge snow storm was moving in. I called several places and no one would come. Pippin Bros came with in 2 hours of my initial call. They were so professional and explained everything to me. I would call them again and will be recommending them to everyone! 5 stars easily
