Today while at a shop, I witnessed a man who claimed he was a manager at buzzel treat a employee of.the shop extremly rude and disrespectful. I had seen this man come in, and told a extended wait time existed due to staffing issues. He was told he could wait drop or wait. after waiting he approached another man at counter(not the one who checked him in) and started asking when and how long. When this man explained again they were short staffed and trying as hard as they can, he become upset about wait, cursing at the young guy behind counter, amd asked for.keys.

The gentleman handled the compliant well, told the guy sry, that he understood and sorry. guy again continued and gentleman asked him to refrain from speaking thag way as he was not.being disrespectful or.rude. and than handedhim keys, thanked him and told him have a great day. I would give zero stars if possible! DO NOT let anyone from this company work on your house. They do just enough to get by, leave you with nothing but issues down the road and do not stand behind their work, at all! Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Value One of the knobs was leaking in the shower, they diagnosed the problem & returned a few days later to replace the knobs, they were 40 mins. late, one of the guys didn't even speak & thought he was about to walk through my house, they tracted up my floor and stained my tub with their shoes.
