The installers left grass stains and dirt all through my house because they didn't wear covers over their shoes. How disrespectful! They trashed several of my plants in the back. Left a hole unplugged in the exaust of our new furnace(because that's not dangerous). Quoted us to remove drain pipe from floor and that didn't get done. They were supposed to fix a faucet and now it just leaks all over in my basement.
And I have to take another day off work to have them come back and fix all their mistakes. Not to mention that we bought a variable speed furnace and they ran it as a 2 stage because they were too lazy to run a new wire. To say I'm unhappy would be an extreme understatement. Think 2wice before using this group.

They took too long to fix it it was cold no heat now my whole family has covid due to the virus liking those conditions but the furnace now starts but it will breake again and they will have to fix it in a timely mater next time

We woke up one Friday morning to a freezing cold house. We realized our boiler wasn't working. Lloyd's had someone come over the same day to take a look at it. Found out our ignitor was shot along with the pilot flame sensor. Unfortunately, our boiler is old and is no longer being made, so Lloyd's didn't have the parts on hand. The parts had to be ordered and took a while to get in. We were out heat and hot water for over 5 days, but as soon as parts were in, they were over that morning to install. Service was great, super friendly, seemed very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them if you have boiler troubles.
