The CISCO crew that installed our two new commercial HVAC units was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. Owner Dave found a major problem with one of our previously installed HVAC units that all other contractors had missed. His expertise will significantly lower our operating costs going forward. Cisco recently installed 4 new vents for us. They were very fast, accurate, professional, and pleasant to work with. We will be using them for any needs we have in the future. June of 2020, is the last time I heard from Cisco Heating & Air, who installed a complete new HVAC system in my home in June of 2020. I've been receiving emails about having my new HVAC system serviced. I just assumed they would call and they hadn't so I called them this morning and did not get a good answer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you use a different company. Not one phone call since my purchase $$$$$$ and today they asked me if I wanted to be on a maintenance program?
Don't you think the ideal time to ask that question is at installation or 90 days after? My next phone call is to Carrier/Bryant. I never do reviews, so here I am warning you and others to stay away from Cisco.
