Hill thinks he knows everything, just ask him. Does not show up anywhere near appointment time, and does not mind charging rates for work he doesn't do. That is you can get an appointment with his one man show.

Hills Service Co. is a Ripp off w/ their charging. I called them to check on my A/C unit. They did not fix anything, just told me what was wrong. I ended up getting charged for diagnostic labor and labor for a service that wasn't even resolved. I understand paying a diagnostic fee, but double charging is outrageous. I recommend asking for pricing up front. I will NEVER use their service again.
