Shout out to Ryan he got my system up and running! I was expecting him to tell me my system was bad due to being so old. But he was very honest and didn't try and sell me anything extra. He rinsed the outside unit and said it would be extra to do the full cleanup with the chemicals. I told him to go ahead as a preventative maintenance. The whole process was easy from beginning to the end. Office lady was very nice and tech did an amazing job!

Great guys. Previous estimate was $10,000 to replace the system and told it was leaking 6 months ago. They fixed it for $250 by cleaning the coils thoroughly and doing some maintenance. Originally told they would be here next week and the recharge was $1200. Got an early opening and came after hours in 2 days for no extra charge, checked my pressures. Told me he could save the extra $1000. Air conditioner is great. Dropped from 71 at the vent to 64 and my system is 15 years old.

The whole process from beginning to end was such a great experience as compared to other HVAC companies in the panhandle! From the Professionalism of our sales rep Jonathan to the installer Sergio we were so satisfied. Prior to anyone arriving at my home, the company had both sent me an email and text message with a picture and a profile of the employee so that they would be recognized and so that I, the customer, would have comfort in knowing a little bit about them with a short bio, which really worked.

I appreciate the actual job that was completed as well and done within the time promised. I am very pleased with the replacement of existing duct and old equipment and loving my new system. Also love that they offer service agreement promised as well. Thanks to all!

James Phillips is the man! He helped us out big time and made my wife and I extremely happy. Grizzle is the way to go for your HVAC needs. We recently got 2 units installed by Puente heating and air (Ricardo) in 2020 and the units never worked right. We finally called someone else. James came through and delivered the work we should have had in the first place. We're sorry for not calling Grizzle from the start. By the Way, James survived Alaska for 90 days with a one way trip on $50. He sold me from the start.

Joey and Sergio were extremely professional. Upon arrival they explained their process and let me know that keep me informed of any issues. At the completion of the install while testing the system they explained care and preventative maintenance procedures that I could do in order to extend the life of the system. Joey and Sergio are a great team and they are another reason why I would recommend Grizzle to anyone needing work done. When they were finished they left the work area cleaner than when they started. We've enjoyed many years of service with Grizzle, so when it was time for a new unit, Jonathan came to the rescue. Grizzle has a gentleman working for them named Zack. I have never in 70+ years had a technician who cared as much or more than I did about my problem. If u want the best service from a HVAC company call and ask for Zack.

We have a rent house in Canyon. Our renter said the air conditioner wasn't working. I called Grizzle, and I'm so glad I did! They met me at the house 20 minutes after I called--the technicians actually beat me there! Not only were they extremely accommodating by not making me wait days for an appointment, the two technicians were both very nice and helpful.

They were smiling and explaining what they were doing, both of which I really appreciated! They fixed the problem really quickly and the unit has worked perfectly since! Great service and a price that was beyond fair--and now today, I received a sweet "thank you for your business note", hand signed by the employees! I can't even begin to say how extremely happy i am with grizzle heating and air! xcel energy was charging me a fortune in the winter months, so i decided to replace my entire hvac system. i called grizzle due to hearing good things about the company from my brother who had used them earlier in the year. guadalupe and joel arrived at my house within two days of my initial call. they surveyed my old hvac unit, took lots of measurements, and recommended a couple of different units. guadalupe said he would email me quotes to choose from and then we could go from there. i chose a bryant energy efficient system and four days later they began the install. joel called before they got on the road to advise of their time of arrival. once there they made short work of removing the old duct work and the old unit. joel. joey, and guadalupe are just the absolute best! i am so happy that i chose grizzle to do this job. the entire crew worked very fast and were very clean about the whole process. three days later the unit was turned on for the first time and my house stays at a much more comfortable temperature. if you are needing service or needing an entirely new hvac unit, please, please give grizzle a call. i know that you will be just as happy with the process as i am! z. p. - vega, tx

Our air conditioning system finally bit the dust. We made the call to Grizzle. They responded with promptness and were beyond professional! They stayed with us until a solution was found to get a system in place. Very personal! Very Professional! Very reasonable in price! The staff stayed with it until the job was completed. My AC gave up the ghost during one of the hottest months of the year. I called three AC repair companies for quotes on a new unit. One didn't bother even showing up. The second took days to get a technician out, botched the assessment of the work that needed to be done so they had to come out a second time, submitted a wildly inflated bid, then billed me for a repair they didn't do. Grizzle had a technician out almost immediately.

The technician was knowledgeable and immediately spotted the issues the other company took a second trip to notice. Grizzle's bid was thorough, clear on the price of labor and parts, and most importantly fairly priced. Other than having to call back because the email of the bid didn't come through right away (a technical glitch), I was very satisfied with Grizzle's honest and professional work.

Our furnace went out 2days before Christmas 2012. Based on several verbal recommendations from friends and acquaintances, we called Grizzle. The attention, consideration and speed of installation were awesome. Each serviceman was very polite and compassionate. Our satisfaction was of utmost importance to them. Our equipment was installed post haste. We also had central humidifier and air cleaner installed. We highly recommend this company.
