No air was blowing out of three of our house's air ducts. A tech came out and he quickly determined that the problem was within our walls, not the attic, and then he figured out which air duct line must be the problem and where the problem likely was occurring. He gave us a quote for the repair and we scheduled a date and time for a crew to come back. When their crew came back, they opened the wall and found a disconnect between where a 10" line connected to a 9" line.

They fashioned and attached a reconnect, and that fixed the problem. Their techs are focused and get the job done. I like how they charge for their services. It saved me money. First, they charge you a set fee for "Level 1 service" (in our case, the tech who came to our home and figured out what the problem was). Then they offer you a quote for the next work, which in my case was a "Level 2". It helped that I had told them I would handle the wall repair myself. The total of their charges was much less than a quote I had been given from another company.

So the drama continues. My air conditioning system that AirPlus installed and "fixed" for another 1k is broken again. It is still underFactory warranty but AirPlus refuses to even look at it because they "no longer service this brand". THEY INSTALLED THIS AC SYSTEM that has been broken longer than it has worked. When I asked how they could abandon me like this I was told by the owner (wife) that this was common practice in the biz. Well it's pretty shady and I am Very disappointed. We had Air Plus Heating & Cooling service our mini-split system last month after Carini stopped servicing Fujitsu systems. I was on a maintenance plan with Carini but they bailed on us in October without notifying customers of this change in service. I found Air Plus after checking out various reviews and am extremely glad I did. Bert, who works the office was very kind, efficient and helpful. Ozzy the technician was prompt, very thorough, helpful and definitely provided the best servicing we ever had on the mini split system. I highly recommend Air Plus Heating & Cooling and am a grateful customer who is looking forward to having them provide the ongoing maintenance for the mini-split system
