I wanted to be sure and write a review for the outstanding and professional service I received yesterday from Sean Morgan at Gallagher's heating and air. From the time he entered my home he explained everything as he went along and what my options were. While other companies told me I had to replace my Air Conditioner, which he said would be best for energy savings. Once I explained my financial situation he was able to offer me a repair that would cost me around $800. what a pleasant surprise during these hard times for everyone. he gave me first class service with a smile. Thank You for hiring people with great customer service and please pass along my thanks to Sean. It is definitely a 5 star review

The Technician was professional and efficient yet wordy. Quoted $385 to fix a wire on my A.C unit. Got it done by another professional for a fraction of the quote.
