George was very polite and worked very hard late into the night repairing the heating/air conditioning system. It was 20 degrees with wind, and he never complained. He is a middle aged white man with excellent local English accent, which was very easy to understand. He is married with seven children and one on the way! (I asked him). I am a female senior citizen and live alone. I felt very comfortable having him working in my home, and feel that any other woman would feel the same way!

The installation team (Frank and Matt)was first class. Did the work efficiently, professionally, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up afterwards. They could not of done a better job. I would hire them anytime.
