We have been using Gary & Sons for almost 14 years for heating, cooling, & the hot water tank. During this time we have never had any negative experiences with them. My AC was not working at the time. Gary and son's maintenance man came at the scheduled time. He diagnosed the system. Found the problem and had it fixed and up and running in about a 10 minute time period. He then cleaned and served the unit. Was there mo more than an hour total. What a professional. 5 stars for Gary and son's. Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair
