When the technician scheduled to do my Spring inspection was tied up on a job downtown, the H&H coordinator called to let me know that Jim was ready to fill in. He arrived on time, and explained the H &H policy to meet on-time service commitments and got to work. Jim did a great job inside and outside the house and reviewed with me do I'm confident in being cool this summer. I give Jim and H&H gold stars for tech know-how and on-time service!

This company installed my unit last year so I was surprised that I had an issue but they definitely delivered on their promise to provide great customer service.
