I have used Miller Air for years and have always been happy! They treat customers like family, and have always been fair or below others in pricing. My AC quit working, and Miller sent out a tech to look at the ac, found the problem right away, ,Z achary was polite, on time, informative, and knew his profession! Highly recommend! They sent out technician Andy E. to see why my AC was not cooling. It's a very old unit and has a leak. We can't afford a new one this quarter so Andy checked the leak, made sure it wasn't drastic, filled us up with freon and we've been cool ever since. He was very honest about the problem not going away, that it'll need to be replaced, but this can hold us for a bit. He was professional, courteous, friendly, very likable. I hope every tech that comes to us is an Andy!

My husband and I could not be happier with the service we received today by Tyler with this company. Our central AC went out last night and my husband called and spoke with Tyler this morning and he was at our house shortly after. When he arrived he saw that I was busy handling two other situations and all I had to do was point to the direction of the AC unit and before you know it in a matter of minutes I started to feel nice cold air again!
When he saw that I was no longer busy he said he didn't want to interrupt me so went ahead and did what he had to do and explained everything that he did to both myself and my husband on the phone. Tyler was very professional, dependable, reliable and not to mention extremely good at his job. The price was very reasonable as well! We will use this company from now on and will recommend to everyone looking for someone reliable for all their AC needs.
